I was told that once the person who decides to move in must 1st sell their house. The concept is like couples sharing the same house, and sharing the same benefits of the bigger house. the only risk would be the house owner will have the rights to kick you out or you may choose to leave the house if there is a fight in the near future.

There will be an update soon. It's pretty simple though: when you want to move in with your partner, you have to sell your house first. After you've moved in, you get the same benefits for training etc as your partner. Your partner can't sell your house, only the owner can. Money obviously isn't shared. And as the owner you can choose to kick your partner at any time.

There are no apparent means for one spouse to transfer $$ to the other. I and my "spouse" would like to combine the funds from the sale of both of our houses to purchase a larger one, even considering the issue of single ownership.

Maybe you could consider a "joint ownership" of property option,,, 50% split at divorce, or 90 day abandoned/inheritance clause if one player leaves the game.

That's never going to happen, way too easy to abuse.
