View Full Version : Display Problems in IE 8

I just upgraded to Internet Explorer 8, and afterwards, I noticed that the Energy/Morale/Skill/EXP/Life graphic on the left-hand side of the screen appears in the middle of the screen when moving from screen to screen. There is a fraction of a second where this can be seen. It doesn't seem to impact the outcomes, but it is rather annoying.

hi love just read the post on the forum regarding explorer 8. if you select compatibility mode at the right of the address bar before the refresh icin it will correct it X

Thanks so much for the helpful answer. I ended up uninstalling IE 8 because of some other issues, but I may be re-installing it soon. Perhaps the compatibility mode would have taken care of all of the other issues I was having as well.

Before or after, it won't change anything...

It's not a VP problem, it's IE 8 who sucks :rolleyes:

i know its ie8 mind due that no surprise but in compat mode it dont do the flicker like it does without it. or at least i dont suffer from it anyway and i using ie8

Okay, your post should be considered "good luck days." You should not be able to consistantly win 50-type sex crimes unless your IQ is out of this world.

just use firefox...it seems to work so much better for VP then IE does

Yeah you're right, Firefox or Google Chrome and your problems are far away :rolleyes:

EDIT: since when you click on the compatibility mode it refreshes the page, take care to not click on it just after using an item...
